JEFFERSON PARISH, La. - Petty Officer 3rd Class Peter Hlywiak, Machinery Technician, estimates tar ball coverage during a shoreline assesment of Elmers Island here June 27, 2010. Hlywiak, along with other members of the Shoreline Assesment Team, make numerous rounds daily to help pinpoint oiled areas in an effort to help support the Deepwater Horizon Response.
