Staff and Students of Force Fitness Instructor Course

Staff and Students of Force Fitness Instructor Course (FFIC) 1-19 participate in a monument run in Washington, D.C., 12 Dec 2019. The FFIC is made up of physical training, classroom instruction and practical application to provide the students with a holistic approach to fitness.
