STAFF Sergeant (SSGT) William Proctor, USAF, Dog Handler, 86th Security Forces Squadron (SFS), Ramstein Air Base, Germany, releases his partner, Military Working Dog (MWD), Arno, during the attack work portion of the 2002 Military Working Dog Competition, at Ramstein Air Base. The four-day competition showcased the dogs and handlers skills as a team
