Staff Sgt. Brandon Costello, 921st Contingency Response Squadron ramp coordinator, marshalls a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft during exercise Cali Havoc at the Sacramento McClellan Airport, Nov. 14, 2018. Cali Havoc is a contingency response-centric exercise that takes place over a seven-day timeframe.
