Staff Sgt. Donald Robidoux of Severn, Md., gets promoted

Staff Sgt. Donald Robidoux of Severn, Md., gets promoted by his father to the rank of sergeant first class. Robidoux just returned from deployment to Kuwait. He was a member of the 949th Transportation Company (Floating Craft). The 949th TC is a U.S. Army Reserve watercraft unit which deployed to Kuwaiti Naval Base from April 2010 to March 2011 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. The 949th crewed the Landing Craft Utility 2013 Churubusco which transported various cargo around the Persian Gulf.
