Staff Sgt. Henry Delevett, right, an observer controller/trainer with Division West's 479th Field Artillery Brigade, watches Sgt. Douglas Hayes, a medic with the Army Reserve's 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command out of Los Angeles, treat a simulated casualty during training conducted at Fort Hood, Texas, Nov. 2. The casualty was later medically evacuated by Company F, 1-169th General Support Aviation Battalion (Air Ambulance), an Army National Guard unit with Soldiers from Missouri, New York, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania, that is training with Division West's 166th Aviation Brigade.
