Staff Sgt. John Tourtellotte and Senior Airman Kyle Doran, 104th Civil Engineering Squadron explosive ordnance disposal technicians, prepare time fuses and blasting caps as part of an ammunition disposal request from the 143rd Airlift Wing, Sept. 17, 2018, at Fort Devens, Massachusetts.
