Staff Sgt. Joshua Knights, heritage committee member and combat engineer detachment chief from Monroe, La., assigned to Battalion Landing Team 3/2, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), pours more charcoal on the grill during a cookout celebrating Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month aboard the USS Carter Hall while at sea May 25, 2013.
