Kenneth Stokley, 191st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, gives a tour of a KC-135 Stratotanker to Latvian Air Forces military policemen during the Michigan-Latvia Partnership Day June 10, 2015, at Riga International Airport Latvia. U.S. National Guardsmen hosted the Latvian president elect and several distinguished visitors during exercise Saber Strike 15. The visitors were able to view up-close how the Michigan and Pennsylvania Air National Guard conduct aerial-refueling and support ground troops by refueling a Maryland ANG A-10 Thunderbolt II.
