Summary
Staff Sgt. Landon Nordby, 79th Military Police Company, conducts a vehicle tire flip, during a two-minute period, as part of alternate PT (physical training) exercises during day one of the 327th MP Battalion’s three–day Best Warrior Competition, Feb. 14. The alternate exercises were to challenge the competitors on events that they do not typically perform. Other alternate PT challenges included decline push-ups, a 25 pound-weighted sit up, a 60 pound-weight pull, a weighted-sled push and pull-ups.
