Staff Sgt. Stacey Lockwood, of the 119th Wing, runs the Fargo half-Marathon, May 19, Fargo, N.D. She is running on the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) Run and Remember Team in memory of all the North Dakota Army National Guard soldiers who gave their lives while in service to the United States military and also to raise money for TAPS programs that aid their survivors.
