Cosmopolitan Hotel, Palmerin Street in Warwick, ca. 1874
This hotel was first licensed to Charles Colas in the year ending 30th June, 1873. In addition to offering first class accommodation, the hotel also provided good paddocking on the hotel grounds. Like most of the bigger hotels of that time, the Cosmopolitan made a part of its premises available for travelling salesmen to conduct their business when in town.
