Staten Island, N.Y., Dec. 20, 2012 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) removes the remains of a home in Staten Island, NY, which floated off of its foundation during Hurricane Sandy, and settled in the middle of the street, blocking through traffic.
