Station Saginew River awarded Meritorious Uni

Rear Adm. Michael N. Parks, commander of the 9th Coast Guard District, awards Petty Officer 1st Class Jesse Chamberlain and Petty Officer 2nd Class Jason Sykes, both from Coast Guard Station Saginaw River, in Essexville, Mich., and representing the entire unit, with the Meritorious Unit Commendation award, Sept. 7, 2012.
