Warrant Officer 1 Scott Garrett, a communication systems technician with the 189th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 4th Sustainment Brigade, 310th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, and Capt. Mark Williams, a communication systems officer with the 189th CSSB and a native of Okawville, Ill., set up a Very Small Aperture Terminal on the roof of the 189th CSSB headquarters building.
