Talofofo, Guam, native, Spc. Rufo Lujan-Espinosa, a unit supply specialist with the 10th Support Group out of Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan, surveys the damage from the March 11 tsunami as he leads the fuel convoy on April 8. Lujan-Espinosa and the other soldiers deliver the fuel to various points across north eastern Japan as part of Operation Tomodachi. The Japanese use the fuel to power generators, fuel vehicles and provide warmth for the tsunami victims.
