Tank pulling three ton Military truck from the banks of the Liffey

Note on back reading: "On Saturday 3 huge casks of tobacco were thrown into the Liffey. Yesterday (Sunday) a Military 3 ton lorry endeavored to salve the casks on shore but sunk in the mud.
