Task Force Carentan Ironman Competition Winners

Task Force Carentan held an Ironman competition Aug. 24, at the Combat Training Center-Yavoriv, Ukraine. Each participant had to complete a series of timed events. The event began with a one mile run followed by 100 weighted squats, 100 burpees, a four mile ruck, 10 minutes of pull-ups (each reducing the over all time by 3 sec.), kettle bell swings (each reducing the over all time by 3 sec.), 100 sledge hammer to tire, sled drag, 100 box jump, and a 1000 meter row in under 4:30.
