TAURAMA, Papua New Guinea (April 18, 2017) Joel F. Maybury, deputy chief of mission, U.S. Embassy Port Moresby, greets Lt. Col. Patrick J. Reynolds, the commanding officer, Combat Logistics Battalion 11, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), prior to the closing ceremony of a military tactics exchange conducted between 11th MEU Marines and Sailors and Papua New Guinea Defense Force (PNGDF) service members at Taurama Barracks, as part of a theater security cooperation (TSC) engagement, April 18. Approximately 100 Marines and Sailors with the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group/11th MEU participated in the TSC, alongside approximately 200 PNGDF service members.
