Tech. Sgt. Steven Soblit, a member of the 130th Airlift Wing, West Virginia Air National Guard, learns to create an air terminal load plan during a course hosted by the 155th Air Refueling Wing, Sept. 8-19, Lincoln, Neb. Twelve Guard and Reserve Airmen traveled from eight states being taught by two instructors from Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia. Two identical courses were taught simultaneously on the east and west coast, beginning the process of training 30 aerial port load planners.
