Technical Sergeant Brian Duncan, a C-130H loadmaster for the 169th Operations Support Flight (OSF), fills out a "Form F", Aircraft Weight and Balance Worksheet. The 169th OSF is assigned to the 169th Fighter Wing at McEntire Air National Guard Station in South Carolina.
