Ted Richardson, U.S. Marine Corps WWII veteran, accepts a slice of cake as the guest of honor at a Marine Corps birthday cake cutting ceremony hosted by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Nov. 7, 2019.
