Temporary clay levees, some 20 feet high, hold back the flood waters of the Souris River from Minot, N.D., June 26, 2011. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is assisting the North Dakota communities in the Souris River basin fighting record flooding.
