The 75th United States Secretary of the Navy, the Honorable Raymond E. Mabus Jr., visits the instructors and staff of the U.S. Marine Corps Officer Candidates School at Brown Field, Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., on Jan. 27, 2016.
