Summary
The Adjutant General of PR, Brig. Gen. Isabelo Rivera joined by the Governor of Puerto Rico Hon. Ricardo Rosselló and Staff, visited the areas affected by Hurricane María in the municipalities of Loiza, Canóvanas and surrounding areas, Sept. 21. Personnel from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) took part of this visit in order to survey the damage left in the aftermath of the hurricane. (National Guard Photos by Spc.
