The amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) and the amphibious dock landing ship USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44) transit in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility as seen from the amphibious transport dock ship USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19).
