EDINBURG, Texas (Oct. 03, 2016) The brass quintet of Navy Band Southeast, stationed at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Fla., perform for more than 500 educators during Educators Day held during Hispanic Engineering, Science and Technology Week (HESTEC) on the campus of the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley.
