The Chapin High School Choir performs the national anthem during the annual Partners in Education Kick Off Ceremony Sept. 30, 2015 at the Centennial Club, Fort Bliss, Texas. During the ceremony, Brig. Gen. Jeffery D. Broadwater, deputy commanding general of support, 1st Armored Division and Col. Michael J. Hester, garrison commander, Fort Bliss, presented awards recognizing Soldiers who volunteered their time and support to students within the El Paso community during the 2014-2015 school year.
