The Chinle Trail (6714911247)
Summary
One of the lesser known trails in the park, the Chinle Trail is a beautiful backcountry hike located outside of Zion Canyon in the southwest desert portion of the park. The trail weaves through pinyon-juniper forest with impressive views of The West Temple and Mt. Kinasava. Hike a few miles out and back, or set up a car shuttle for an 11.7 mile loop through Coalpits Wash. The trailhead is located in the town of Springdale on Anasazi Way. go.usa.gov/RUe
