The commanding officer of the 3rd Kandak, 2nd Mobile Strike Force Brigade, Afghan National Army (ANA) 215th Corps, addresses his soldiers during a graduation ceremony of a train-the-trainer course at Camp Shorabak, Afghanistan, Feb. 25, 2018.
