The Finnish and NATO flags fly high above a formation of multination soldiers, including the U.S. with the Stars and Stripes, during the Transfer of Authority Ceremony at Camp Ville, Kosovo, Sept. 30. Multinational Battle Group East took over Crowd and Riot Control and Quick reaction Force missions in the MNBG Center Area of Responsibility in the ceremony that included multinational troops from both Battle Groups.
