Schools and Sch-ool Houses. 71 the Third ward frame was built in 1870, but was abandonedsoon afterward. At the present time a new sixteen-room build-ing is being erected in the Seventh \\ard to cost thirty-fivethousand dollars, to be called the Centennial School Build-ing. McKeesports public schools are second to none inthe state. The ta.x levy for 1893 was five mills for school,
