The first wave of cadets at the 2016 Sandhurst competition held April 8-9, 2016 at the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y. kicked off the the first day of events with a sprint from MacArthur Barracks to Buffalo Soldiers Field for their first station, functional fitness. This year 60 teams of cadets of military academies from 13 different countries are competing for the ultimate prize of a British officer's sword.
