The guided-missile destroyer USS Hopper (DDG 70) passes by the Missing Man Formation Memorial as it returns to homeport at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam from an independent deployment to the U.S. 5th and 7th Fleet areas of responsibility. The ship and its crew of nearly 280 Sailors conducted theater security cooperation and maritime presence operations with partner nations.
