The Naval Mobile Construction Battalion-Seven (NMCB-7 (Seabees)) stationed out of Gulf Port, Mississippi, work on the rudimentary construction of Route La Saline Bon Repos in Haiti. This will be a 7.5 mile, two lane road connecting Citee Soleil to Route One. The purpose is to help ease the congestion of the roads in downtown Port-au-Prince, Haiti
