Summary
The Republic of Singapore Navy frigate RSS Supreme, front, leads the guided-missile destroyer USS Chung-Hoon, the Republic of Singapore Navy corvette RSS Vigour, and RSS Stalwart in a formation. The ships are participating in Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training Singapore 2011. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
