Summary
The Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History will reopen its fossil hall 'Deep Time' on June 8, 2019. The exhibition will feature an authentic Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton alongside more than 700 other fossil specimens. The T. rex is owned by the U.S. Army and is on a 50-year loan to the Smithsonian.
