The U.S. Army Reserve zeroed in on readiness during a ribbon-cutting ceremony April 26 for the Keystone Local Training Area in Greenwood Township, Pennsylvania. Cutting the ribbon are (from left): Command Sgt. Maj. Patrick Witcop, 458th Engineer Battalion; Doug Stevenson, vice chairman and roadmaster of Greenwood Township; Maj .Gen. Mark Palzer, commanding general of the 99th Readiness Division; former Pennsylvania State Senator Bob Robbins; Richard Muir, chairman of Greenwood Township; and Command Sgt. Maj. William Padgelek, 316th Expeditionary Support Command. This revitalized training area will help the Army Reserve remain the most capable, combat-ready and lethal federal reserve force in the nation’s history.
