The U.S. Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 23 embarked

The U.S. Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 23 embarked aboard High Speed Vessel Swift, applies aluminum panels to the roof of an open classroom and pavilion being built at Centro Escolar Elementary School. NMCB 23 will complete minor structural, electrical and plumbing repairs to the school during a three-week HSV-Southern Partnership Station project. HSV-SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
