The US Navy's community relations project Project Hands clasp reaches out to needy children in Caracas, Venezuela. US Sailors from ship's participating in UNITAS 37-96 off-load needed supplies donated to the orphanage, Casa Hogar De Domingo. UNITAS is an annual operation in which a US Navy task group conduct combined exercises with participating navies. The task group for UNITAS 37-96 include the frigate USS JOHN L.
