The Virgin Islands National Guard hosts a rehearsal of concept drill along with several Virgin Islands government agencies at Joint Forces Headquarters, St. Croix, Sept. 7, 2019. In attendance was Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency, Virgin Islands Police Department, Department of Public Works, Department of Human Services, Department of Health, Virgin Islands Fire Services, and Federal Emergency Management Agency. The ROC drill is part of an integrated staff exercise in preparation for anticipated hurricane relief support through November 2019.
