Tim Fullerton, Pratt and Whitney field representative and liaison for 18th Component Maintenance Squadron propulsion maintenance, teaches Caleb Silvers how to use a boroscope to look for problems inside an aircraft engine on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Nov. 14, 2013.
