The idea for the U.S.-led brigade assessment teams was born from a visit to the 7th Army Training Command's Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels training areas by Gen. Viktor Muzhenko, the chief of general staff, Commander in Chief of Armed Forces for Ukraine, Oct. 10, 2016. Also pictured are Brig. Gen. Tony Aguto, commander of 7th Army Training Command; and Lt.
