United States Air Force Brigadier General Steven D. Garland, 36th Wing commander at Andersen Air Force Base, hosts the United States Army Surgeon General, Lieutenant General Patricia D. Horoho, her staff, and representatives of commands throughout Guam during her visit Feb 14. Horoho, who is also the commanding general of the Army Medical Command, and her staff conducted a command visit across the Pacific and reviewed the health systems of Hawaii, Guam, Japan and Thailand.
