United States Army SPECIALIST Jacob Maxwell erects a tactical satellite communication terminal antenna (TACSAT) to relay information about the Albanian and Serbian protest near the town of Domorovce, Kosovo. Maxwell is a member of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1/187th Infantry, 101st Airborne Division, Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
