United States Coast Guard CHIEF PETTY Officer Wayne Merritt (right) assigned to the Coast Guard, Aids To Navigation Team (ANT), is deployed to Grand Forks, North Dakota, to help support the Red River flood victims. He is a team chief coordinating different relief operations along the Red River and with other Coast Guard personnel on the operation to transport city employees who work for the Grand Forks Water Department to the water pump station located along the Red River. The water station will be used to help pump flood water from the community back into the river
