Upon his arrival in Hawaii, the pilot of this Air Force F-16A Fighting Falcon aircraft who has just landed, receives the traditional ring of flowers around his neck and a kiss from a pretty lady. The F-16A is from the 428th Tactical Fighter Squadron located at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, and is here to fly with Marine F-4 Phantom aircraft in support of Hawaii-based Army units. The event is a Joint Chiefs of STAFF exercise, which will last for one month (2 Oct to 2 Nov 1981)
