U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Kyle Hefner and French Naval Lt. j.g, Octave, targeeteers assigned to the Coalition Intelligence Fusion Cell, 609th Air Operations Center, U.S. Air Forces Central Command, Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, collaborate daily to provide intelligence support to the command. Targeeters are specially trained to analyze a target and develop solutions to support the commander’s objectives. The pair facilitated a recent French strike in continuing efforts to defeat Da’esh.
