U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Derrick Donkor, water and fuel systems maintainer with the New Jersey Air National Guard, steadies a plumbing fitting of a water supply line for permanent attachment during a Humanitarian and Civic Assistance renovation project at a local medical clinic in Vau i Dejës, Albania on July 5, 2016.
