U.S. Air Force Chaplain Scott Ostrowski, 145th Airlift Wing (AW), performs a benediction during the 145th Airlift Wing Change of Command Ceremony held at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, June 9, 2018.
